TC rolls ready for shipment to Middle East Market
After 2 month production, we finished 112pcs TC rolls which exported to Middle East market. This is our important client, who makes rebars 1.5 million tons per year. Rolling mill is made by Germany SMS group. Rolls include both blank/plain and grooved ones. Such client bought one set of our notching machine JCK-500K to make ribbs and marking words in groove at their own factory.
We are disscussing about composite rolls, diamond wheels business now. We hope to help client improove their production efficiency by using our lastest composite rolls. Our composite rolls can be used since intermediate stands, and for pre-finish, finish stans, sizing stands also.
Seaworthy package, polywood case non-fumigation, strong enough.
Steel strip and pallet packing , cases fixed tightly. Plastic thin file outside prevent water wet the shiping marks.
